Alpha Performance offers volleyball programming for girls ages 3–18 across Central Kentucky, designed to support every stage of development—from first-time players to college-bound athletes. Our pathway includes introductory programs like VolleyTots (ages 3–8) and Alpha Volleyball Academy (ages 8–15), which focus on movement, fundamentals, and confidence building.

In addition to our team-based programs, Alpha provides year-round opportunities for athletes to grow through skill-specific clinics, position-based training sessions, and high-energy seasonal camps. These offerings give athletes the chance to sharpen technique, build consistency, and receive focused instruction in a positive, development-centered environment.

For athletes seeking team play, we offer Local Club options (ages 9–18), a competitive Travel Program (ages 10–18), and our elite National Program (ages 12–18), which features advanced training and national-level competition.
