Zac Minturn       

Personal Trainer

Zac was a 4 year varsity starter in high school football and a 3 time All-Ohio player.  Zac was recruited by several schools from the SEC, Big 10, Big 12, ACC conferences. He spent 5 years at WKU where he sat behind an all-American kicker for 2 years and became a 3 year starter following his graduation. After college, he spent 2.5 years in off-seasons with NFL teams. He has had individual workouts with all 32 NFL teams.

Coach Zac became a certified Level-1 CrossFit coach in 2019. He coaches everything from complex Olympic lifting to range in motion to simple functional moments. In 2022 Zac became a volunteer coach with the Great Crossing High School football team where he helps with Special Teams and Coaches the Kickers/Punters.
