Meet Our Coaches

Our Coaches 

We are proud to bring you a group of highly accomplished coaches! 

Bradley Craycraft 

15 & Up

Bradley Craycraft has been coaching volleyball for 9 years. He has been the Head Coach at Montgomery County HS for 5 years. While there, he has accumulated 2 District Championships and 1 Region Championship. In 2021, Bradley was the KVCA and 10th Region Coaches Association Coach of the Year.

Teagan Feezor 

14 & Under

Teagan Feezor graduated from Great Crossing High School in 2022. She has 3 seasons of coaching under her belt, two seasons as a head coach and one season as an assistant coach. She is currently coaching at Community Montessori School in Lexington. Teagan's coaching philosophy is to pass on her love of volleyball to the next generation of players and to help athletes grow not only as players but as people too.

Teagan led Great Crossing High School to the first state volleyball appearance in Scott County history during her senior year. She was voted MVP of the 2021 11th Region Championship team. During her high school career, Teagan was voted to receive both the leadership award and the teammate award by her teammates.

Teagan started playing volleyball at 12 years old and played club volleyball along with 6 years of high school volleyball, 3 of which were at the varsity level. She is currently taking a gap year before attending Western Kentucky University next fall.

Kainan Hudson 

14 & Under, 15 & Up

Kainan Hudson is from Versaille, where he attanded Woodford County HS and played football.  After high school, he played collegiate football at Thomas More. Kainan was inspired by his mom, who coached middle school volleyball while he as growing up, and began his volleyball coaching career. 

Kainan started coaching volleyball at KBA, where he became the Youth Volleyball Director. His first high school coaching job was as the JV coach at Sayre. He started coaching club at Alpha in 2021, and he is currently in his second season ayt George Rogers Clark, in Winchester, KY.

Keith Jones       

15 & Up

Keith Jones II is starting his first year coaching with Alpha Performance but has nearly 20 years of experience with the game of volleyball as both a player, trainer, and coach. Keith grew up moving around the country and world as a youth but claims Fort Lewis, Washington as his hometown before moving to Kentucky in May 2021.

Keith’s introduction and love for the game started back when he was 13 and was able to begin playing as a high school girls practice player and club juniors athlete. He went on to play club volleyball in college at his alma maters – Washington State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Administration and Texas Tech University, where he earned a Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration.  Throughout his time at all three universities, Keith spent time as a practice player getting the chance to play and learn alongside some of the best players in the Pac-12, Big 12 and ACC conferences while also coaching both the men’s and women’s club volleyball teams. Most recently, Keith spent three years coaching club at Chapel Hill Area Volleyball Club in the research triangle of North Carolina coaching across ages 14-17U. He is also currently an Assistant Coach at Scott County High School. 

Keith is currently employed as the Director of Housing and Residence Life at Transylvania University and has a significant passion in connecting co-curricular endeavors with academic pursuits.  When Keith is not coaching, he is probably watching college and professional volleyball with his “girls” – his incredibly adorable puppies Lexi and Attie or he’s actively rehabbing his recently reconstructed ACL.

Becca Just       

14 & Under, 15 & Up

Becca Just has been coaching volleyball for 10 years. In 2016, she began coaching high school volleyball in Central Kentucky, and in 2017 she started coaching middle school in Georgetown. She currently coaches at Great Crossing High School and Royal Spring Middle School. Becca's coaching philosophy is to create an environment that encourages athletes to learn and develop on and off the court.

Becca has been a club admin since 2017 with Georgetown Force. When Alpha started in 2019, Becca was the associate director managing budgets, tournament and practice schedules, club communication, and uniforms. Her coaching highlights include high school and club tournament championships. The biggest accomplishment to date is coaching the 2021 11th Region Championship team.

Becca started playing volleyball in elementary school and continued her career into the collegiate level. Some of her career highlights are AVCA All-American (2015), St. Catharine Female Athlete of the Year (2015 & 2016), and MSC First Team All-Conference (2014, 2015). Currently she is the Education Specialist at the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) where she manages the coach mentoring program, hosts webinars, and organizes education sessions for the annual convention.

Stephanie Martin       

14 & Under

Stephanie Martin had been coaching volleyball on and off for 17 years. She has coached at Scott County High School, Leestown Middle School, and currently coaches at Scott County Middle School. Coach Martin's philosophy is to create an environment for players to learn and grow, not just in their athletic lives, but academically as well.

Coach Martin has been an Assistant Coach with SCMS for 4 seasons. She has helped lead the 7th grade teams to several tournament wins as well as a grade level championship in 2022. 

Coach Martin started playing volleyball as a freshman at Scott County High School. While there, she played in a libero position. Currently, she teaches 2nd grade at Creekside Elementary School in Georgetown. This is her fifthteenth year teaching. She is married to Jeremy, who is a golf professional at Marriott Griffin Gate. She also has twin daughters, Addi and ALex who are 9. She is looking forward to getting started with Alpha this season.

Sydney Moore       

15 & Up

Sydney Moore has coached volleyball for 2 years in Kentucky. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and started coaching club volleyball in Bowling Green, KY. She recently relocated to the Lexington area where she found Alpha Performance. Coach Moore started playing club volleyball at just 8 years old. She has 10 years of club playing experience where she played at MAVA and Union in Louisville, KY. Coach Moore’s philosophy is to do everything she can to help her athletes grow, develop, and succeed individually and collectively..

Rhonda Morris       

14 & Under

Rhonda Morris has coached middle school volleyball for over 20 years in both Tennessee and Kentucky. In 2005, Coach Morris helped establish volleyball in Scott County at the middle school level. Since then she has been the head coach at Scott County Middle School where she strives to prepare athletes for the high school level. Coach Morris' philosophy is to instill the passion for volleyball in each of her players through developing essential skills, court play and most importantly teamwork. 

Coach Morris has enjoyed many successes in her coaching career such as numerous Invitational Tournament Championships, Bluegrass Conference Championships (most recently 2021-2022 7th, & 8th grade both undefeated), and Bluegrass Tournament Championships (most recently 2021-2022 6th, 7th & 8th grade).  Morris has also coached 4 years of club volleyball.  

Coach Morris started playing volleyball in elementary school and played high school and club volleyball for Central High School in Cheyenne, Wyoming where she played in 2 State championship games earning Runner Up each time. Currently, she teaches physical education at Anne Mason Elementary. She is married to her husband, Elisha, who is a State Trooper and together they have two children, Zachariah (16) and Anniston (13).

Rachel Murphy       

15 & Up

Rachel Murphy has been coaching volleyball for the past 6 years. Since 2017, she has been the Head JV Coach at Georgetown College. Her coaching highlights include 2 Mid-South Conference Championships, one being her first year in 2017 and this past year in 2021. Rachel’s coaching philosophy is to create players with a great work ethic on and off the court and focusing on the fundamentals will be the backbone to success.

Rachel is a Lexington Native and has been playing volleyball since middle school. Rachel played for Bryan Station High School and Lexington United Volleyball. She played collegiate volleyball at University of Pikeville and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Rachel currently works at White, Greer, and Maggard Orthodontics as the Patient Relations Specialist and in her free time enjoys playing with her dog, Rosie.

Erris Pierson 

15 & Up

Erris Pierson is from Kansas City, MO. She is a senior at the University of Kentucky studying special education. Erris played volleyball back home for PVA and was a DS/Libero. She currently coaches at Scott county high school. This is her 5th year coaching.

Erris loves any and all team sports. When she's not coaching, she is probably teaching or hanging with the people she loves. Erris can't wait to help your athlete grow as a person on and off the court!!


Sydney Raymer       

15 & Up

Sydney Raymer is a sophomore at Georgetown College, and is currently a middle hitter for the volleyball team. She has played volleyball for 10 years. For 5 of those years, she played club volleyball at MAVA in Louisville, KY. She is from Henry County, KY, and was apart of two district championships in her high school career, and was team captain. She also was part of a Mid-South Conference championship in 2021. She is currently pursuing degrees in biochemistry and biomedical sciences on the pre-med track at Georgetown. Sydney is excited to start her first year coaching. 


 

Molly Robertson      

15 & Up

Molly Robertson is entering her third year coaching volleyball. She currently helps out with the varsity team at George Rogers Clark High School in Winchester, Kentucky. Molly has also coached two club teams in Lexington, Kentucky. Molly’s coaching philosophy is to encourage a fun and competitive mindset for players, so they can be the best teammate. 

Molly started playing volleyball in middle school and continued into high school and club volleyball for GRC in Winchester, KY. Molly is currently attending Eastern Kentucky University in pursuit of a degree in forensic psychology.

Kylie Jo Turner       

14 & Under

Kylie Jo is so excited to be back at Alpha Performance this year! This is her 5th year coaching and 3rd year coaching club volleyball. Kylie Jo also coaches clinics in the community.

Kylie Jo played four years at Henry County High School and Legacy Volleyball Club, and she played collegiately for two years at Asbury University. Kylie Jo was a well-rounded player, playing every position, from libero, setter, to middle blocker. She is currently a preschool teacher at The Centenary School in Lexington and is continuing her education through Morehead State University to obtain a degree in Early Childhood Education. She is also recently engaged to her fiancé Walker, and they have a dog named Jack.

Kylie Jo's coaching philosophy is that character is more important than talent! Her goal is to create well-rounded players, not only in athletic skills, but in life. She aims to build up the volleyball talents of her players while also developing work ethic, self-discipline and leadership skills.

Delaney Waldridge       

14 & Under

Delaney Waldridge is a Senior at Great Crossing HS. This is her first year coaching. She is very excited to be able to spread her passion for volleyball and teach younger girls. 

Delaney has been playing volleyball since she was 8 years old, and she began playing club volleyball when she was 10. She has played 4 years of high school volleyball, 3 years on varsity. She was the JV libero her sophomore year, and she is the current Varsity libero at GCHS.
