Darby was a four year middle at Transylvania University before becoming the Volunteer Assistant and helping lead Transy to the second round of the NCAA tournament. She is not the full time Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Transylvania. She has previous club experience at Lexington United as an Adidas Coach. She is in her first year at Alpha and is acting as the Sponsorship Coordinator.
